
Phillip Bolte is a visionary real estate broker,
entrepreneur, and fourth-generation business leader with more than 25 years of
experience advancing real estate, development, and community initiatives across
Northwest Ohio. As Co-Owner and Principal Broker of Century 21 Bolte Real
Estate, he guides one of Ohio’s most respected family-owned brokerages—now
aligned with the global Century 21 brand—while leading a team of 50+ Realtors
with a commitment to excellence, collaboration, and client-centered service.
Drawing on deep industry knowledge and an entrepreneurial
mindset, Phillip oversees multi-office operations, agent development,
compliance, and growth strategy. He played a key role in the company’s
transition into the Century 21 network, implementing advanced technology,
modern marketing systems, and elevated service standards that strengthened the
firm’s regional impact.
Beyond brokerage leadership, Phillip owns and manages
several local ventures, including Bolte Homes, the Marshall Inn, and West
Harbor Conditioned Self Storage—where he directs development projects,
hospitality operations, and investment strategy with a focus on quality and
community value.
He is a recognized industry leader, honored as the Firelands
Association of Realtors’ Realtor of the Year (2014) and inducted into
its Hall of Fame (2024). Phillip remains deeply engaged in regional
leadership, having served on numerous boards including the Firelands
Association of Realtors (Past President), the Port Clinton Chamber of Commerce,
Riverview Industries, and the Ohio Association of Realtors. A lifelong
supporter of youth athletics, he is also a member of the Port Clinton High
School Athletic Hall of Fame Selection Committee, Port Clinton High School
Athletic Boosters and an active community volunteer.
